Après 24h de lutte face à l’incendie de Saint-Cannat / Eguilles du 15 Juillet 2017 qui a touché 750 hectares de forêts, le feu est désormais fixé, mais les opérations de noyage et d’extinction vont être longues.
800 pompiers se sont relayés jour et nuit pour tenter de contenir le feu, 200 véhicules mobilisés et la rotation de 8 canadair et 1 dash. Aucune victime n’est à déplorer, 150 habitations sauvées des flammes.
